As individuals struggle to find equilibrium, the body is taking its toll of pressure whilst being further aggravated by the fuel of unhealthy diets or excessive habits.Furthermore with the industrial revolution and the natural economic boom, factories and mass production has led to contribute to the toxicity levels in the air, water pollution as well as landfills and other waste by products.
With this change, free radicals have been found to be within our midst, leading towards the aging of cells and body function decline and a more vulnerable immune system.
